Monday to Thursday 3:30 PM to midnight. Friday to Sunday 8 AM to 2 AM. $199 per hour, 4 hour minimum, and $300 per hour after midnight, cleanup and move out included.

Setup and move outNot included in your event hours. Add the time you need before and after, so you and your vendors can set up and pack up.

Most events need about 1 to 1.5 hours to set up and about 1 hour to pack up. Added at the hourly rate.

Next: review and sign the agreement and add your card or bank account. Nothing is charged until we confirm your date. $500 of the venue fee is non refundable once we confirm your date. It is part of your total, not an extra charge. Cancel 30 or more days before for a refund of everything else, 14 to 29 days for 50% of the venue fee, within 14 days the venue fee is non refundable. Full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking. You can move your date once instead of cancelling.
